| Physical Description | Aulacri are lean and shorter than average human height. They have a prehensile tail, which can act as a 5th appendage and their feet can function just as their hands do. Even though they're smaller than most humanoids, they are stronger and more agile. The also have an acute sense of hearing. Their pointed teeth suggest they are carnivores, or at least omnivores. Bek'a has kept her hair short so it doesn't interfere with her duties, especially if she's jammed up in some Jeffries tube or other cramped location to required maintenance or damage assessment/repair. |

| General Overview | Bek'a was average curious and, as an only child to studious, work-focused parents, she was left to herself on a regular basis. She's developed interests outside her homeworld and as soon as she was eligible she applied to Starfleet to see what's out there, planning perhaps, to one day return when she's finally done and seen enough. | |
| Strengths & Weaknesses | Curiosity... she wants to see it all. This can be both a strength, and a weakness for her. She is studious and hard-working, with a strong work ethic and steadfast loyalty to the ideals Starfleet has instilled in her. Her experiences growing up have been limited, and the bulk of her experience since is within the timeframe of her Academy tenure. Time will tell what develops... | |
| Ambitions | This early in her career, she hasn't made many long-term plans, other than get assigned to an exploratory ship rather than get stuck in one place for years. Command has no interest for her, but she's talked to the Bosun about cross-training so she's an asset in multiple roles. | |
| Hobbies & Interests | She enjoys comparing different species' and worlds' music. She's dedicated to her logbook, both written and her computer's personal log, keeping track of her travels, what she sees, who she meets... Aulacri, in general, aren't a race that solicits risk, or excitement for its own sake, their lives are rather drab, so it wasn't until she reached the Academy that she was exposed to so many other things, she doesn't have time for them all! So far she's tried to focus just as much on ship duties as personal pastimes... She's familiar with field-expedient first aid, and working on becoming more exposed to the different mechanical areas of the ship's systems to be more effective, including the craft and equipment therein. |
